What was the highlight of Rich Calton Bukit Bintang
Room is not clean
Room is not clean, especially bed is full of mite. It's cause my family members itch whole night cannot sleep well. The most horrible thing is centipede insect is in the room. After complaints with staff their exchange another room for us. Won't come back again.

Tiring
The location is good as it is jz along the famous Jalan Alor & it is convenient to go anywhere from there such as Berjaya Time square, Pavillion and Sungai Wang Plaza etc.
1.The room has no window. 2.There is knocking sound every night after midnight which lasted for minimum 30mins and it's very disturbing. 3. There is no hairdryer provided

For that price,should have better facality inside room
Near to shopping area
Should have hot water kettle so that we inside room can make coffee,no cup just two mineral water provided.Breakfast only noodle n second day nasi lemak,i think best privide bread toster n butter.

Not cheap for a 2 days stay with out proper utilities.
Shopping and food is near
Arrive just to find out no breakfast. Towel looks old. The whole place need to touch up. Can hear next door up between 3 to 5am.
